Marshfield Medical Center-Neillsville's Pediatric Rehab Program Receives Two Grants

Marshfield Medical Center-Neillsville’s pediatric rehab program recently grew, thanks to two grants from the Marshfield Clinic Health System Foundation.

The first grant provided a total swing system, which provides multiple therapeutic opportunities for vestibular and proprioception sensory input, core stabilization, balance and more. The second grant provided a variety of toys that target different ages to help address gross motor needs and other skills.

The pediatric rehab team said the toys and swing have made a huge difference when working with their patients. Not only do they help expand the skills children need to work on during their sessions, it helps keep them interested and excited.
