Security Health Plan Names Commercial Sales Manager

Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., has named Jim Fries as commercial sales manager.

He has 25 years of experience consulting on innovation and cost containment strategies in health care. In his new role, Fries is responsible for fostering broker relationships and overseeing the employer group sales team.

“I’m excited to have Jim join us,” said Scott Van Order, vice president of sales strategy. “His expertise will help us grow our business and deliver on our promise to increase access to affordable, high-quality health coverage across our many service areas.”

A skilled health care professional with expertise assisting brokers and employers develop and implement innovative health care strategies, Fries most recently worked at Aon as a market leader, responsible for integrating sales and product development strategies to ensure Aon Retiree Exchange resources met the expectations of clients and prospective clients.

Additionally, Fries has been a keynote speaker and recognized resource on various subjects including health care exchanges, defined contribution plans, and consumer engagement in health care.

Fries holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
