State Supreme Court Rules You Can be Charged With OWI in Your Own Driveway

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) The State Supreme Court says police can arrest you for drunk driving if you're parked in your own driveway.
In a 6-1 ruling, the State Supreme Court says a judge did not make a mistake in issuing a warrant for a blood draw for Valiant Green after police arrested him for probable OWI in 2019.
The request for a warrant was a preprinted form, and Green's attorney tried to argue that police had no cause to search Green because they couldn't assume that Green drove on a public road. The Supreme Court disagreed. Green was charged with 4th time OWI and resisting arrest.
