Thorp Band Students Earn Senior Band Awards

Congratulations to Thorp students Sami Ciolkosz & Elena Ciolkosz who have both earned Senior Band Awards.

Elena Ciolkosz earned the Arion Band Award, which recognizes a student who has demonstrated exceptional personal and professional excellence in their performing ability, musicianship, academic excellence, and overall contribution to the band program. This particular award comes with a scholarship that is sponsored by Thorp Lions Club.

Samantha Ciolkosz earned the John Philip Sousa Award, an award given to high school band students for superior musicianship, leadership, dependability, and loyalty. Congratulations to these two ladies on their achievements.
