(Mike Leischner) A woman found guilty of killing her husband more than a decade ago will remain locked up for the rest of her life.
According to Mike Leischner of WSAU, a Marathon County Judge sentenced Cindy Schulz Juedes to life without parole on Wednesday for shooting Ken Juedes back in 2006, then cashing in on nearly a million dollars in life insurance money and land.
Schulz Juedes remained a person of interest in the case long after the incident, but it wasn't until late 20-19 that she was arrested and charged with the murder.
A jury found her guilty last October, though she had tried to pin the crime on a group of five other men who she said wanted to kill him over the sale of a racetrack.
