Marshfield Fire Department Responds to House Fire

Marshfield Fire and Rescue responded to a house fire on Tuesday.

According to the Marshfield Fire Department, they received a call about a fire around 8:33am in a bathroom at a home at 1911 E. Blodgett St. in the City of Marshfield. Rescue crews responded to the residential structure.

Upon arrival smoke and fire were visible from the roof of the home. Interior and exterior fire crews worked together to quickly extinguish the flames. There were no injuries and the fire caused significant damage to the roof structure of the home.
