Former Eau Claire District Attorney Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) A former Eau Claire County district attorney facing a federal labor complaint says he didn't sexually harass a coworker.

That lawsuit was filed in January against Former DA Gary King. Eau Claire County's victim-witness coordinator Jessica Bryan accuses King of sexual harassment in the office.

In a response filed on Friday in federal court, King says he never sexually harassed Bryan but did admit to kissing her on the cheek. King vacated the office last year after multiple complaints against him surfaced, including misconduct in office, sexual harassment and being drunk on the job.
