Another Offer to Buy Wisconsin-Based Kohl's

(Terry Bell, WRN) The latest offer to buy Wisconsin-based Kohl’s department stores may be the one that succeeds.

Kohl’s says it’s entered into exclusive negotiations with the owners of The Vitamin Shoppe. The deal would be worth about eight-billion dollars, or 60-dollars a share.

The latest offer comes after Kohl’s rejected an offer from activist investors earlier this spring.
