Marshfield Insurance Welcomes Two to Enhanced Benefits Department

Two friendly faces have joined the Marshfield Insurance team, heading the enhanced benefits department.

Danielle Heck and Jennifer Esser will be working with customers to assist with health and life insurance needs, along with voluntary benefits. Both are Central Wisconsin natives with several years of industry experience. Esser has prior experience as a Broker Relations Coordinator and Customer Service Agent with a large local insurance company.

"As a Broker Relations Coordinator, I worked closely with our external brokers, including Marshfield Insurance, to make sure they had the tools they needed to service their clients," said Esser, a Life & Health Service Agent.

"I enjoy helping individuals and employers with what can be a very complex topic. I enjoy learning how others interpret insurance and explaining the insurance language in a more step by step easy language for individuals to understand."

Heck, a Life & Health Producer, has eight years of experience in the insurance industry. "I like the hustle and bustle of everyday," she said. "Every day is different, and being in insurance there are no two clients that are the same. It is fun to be able to get to know people, understand their needs for insurance, and be able to help navigate them onto a plan that best fits their lifestyle."

Both women are looking forward to serving customers through Marshfield Insurance. "Marshfield Insurance is a very family-friendly, close environment," said Esser. "My personal goal is to make sure that everyone I work with fully understands their insurance plans in a way that is relatable to them," added Heck. "That way they feel confident with their choice and know I am here to help them along the way."
