Withee Village Board Update

The Withee Village Board approved to terminate their Tax Incremental District number one.

It was created in 1996 and had to terminate due to extinguishing its life even though costs were not fully recouped. Also, the library is getting ready for Withee Days and purchased an AED for their use. The Board passed the village’s CMAR report and passed a resolution to accept the report. They also approved a resolution to adopt the Clark County Outdoor Recreation Plan as the Official Outdoor Recreation Plan for the Village of Withee.

The Board approved a National Police Week and Peace Officers’ Memorial Day Proclamation, approved the police officer labor agreement, discussed the fuel surcharge Waste Management is passing on to the municipality, and approved fund transfer for sewer extension in Business Park.
