Loyal Choir Students Receive 1st Rating at State Solo Ensemble Festival

Two Loyal Choir students recently appeared at the State Solo Ensemble Festival.

Chavah and Nick represented Loyal High School’s Choir program at UW-Steven Point this past weekend at WSMA State Solo Ensemble Festival. Nick sang “Go the Distance” from Hercules and received a 1st rating with his performance. This is Nick's 1st time at solo ensemble for a vocal event.

Chavah took two solos to state this year, Au bord de l'eau by Gabriel Fauré and Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again from the musical Phantom of the Opera. Chavah received a 1st rating on both of her pieces.
