Local Students Receive FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative Scholarships

FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative is proud to award $27,000 in scholarships to 19 deserving individuals this year.

This year marks the tenth year the cooperative has been generously giving scholarships, for a grand total of 224 recipients totaling nearly $208,000. Some local recipients of this year’s scholarship include Alane Artac of Greenwood, Emma Bangart of Stratford, Brittany Bauer of Marshfield, and Brady Dehnke of Augusta.

Scholarship recipients were selected based on leadership, scholastic achievement, extracurricular activities, essay responses and their future plans and career goals.

All members of FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative and their children attending four-year universities, two-year technical programs or short courses and high school seniors planning for postsecondary education were eligible to apply for the scholarships.
