Pinky is the Pet of the Week from the Clark County Humane Society made possible by Courteous Canine in Black River Falls and Creekside Kennels south of Black River Falls.

Name: Pinky

Age: 5-years-old

Breed: Short-Haired

Pinky is this week's CCHS Pet of the Week!  Pinky is 5 years old and is a neutered male.  He came to CCHS when his owner was moving and he couldn't go along.  We're really not sure why he's called Pinky, but he doesn't seem to care!

Pinky is a handsome guy with a short-haired coat that's a very dark chocolatey brown, almost black.  It's quite unique!  He weighs 10.4#.  Pinky is also a really nice kitty.  He's lived with other cats, dogs, and children, and got along well with everybody.

He is also front declawed.  If you're looking for a new best friend, please apply for this great guy today!  Adoption applications can be submitted through our website:   www.cchs-petshelter.org/applying-to-adopt.

Do you have a love for cats and dogs and have been thinking it would be nice to help out at CCHS?  Well, now's your chance!  Whether it's a few hours a week, one day a month, or something in between, this is your opportunity to try it out.

We are very much in need of volunteers!  You can learn more and sign up on our website:  https://www.cchs-petshelter.org/volunteer or email April at [email protected].  Come join our CCHS volunteer family!

Have you checked out the CC Resale store lately?  There's lots and lots of new merchandise to choose from, along with a wonderful selection of decor and gifts.

The store is located at 815 Hewett Street, Neillsville (the old Kwik Trip building) and is open Saturday morning from 9:30 - 11:30.  Stop in and find some great deals!

You can learn more about, and adopt, Pinky, and all the animals at the shelter, at their website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. You can also apply for adoption in person.
