A new ranking of the most environmentally friendly states from the personal finance website WalletHub puts Wisconsin at number 17. WalletHub compared each of the 50 states on 25 key metrics relating to Environmental Quality, Eco-Friendly Behaviors and Climate-Change Contributions.

Vermont was ranked number one, West Virginia was last.
