Women's Community Announces Outstanding Achievement in Supporting Sexual Assault Survivors Awards

The Women’s Community is pleased to announce community members who will be awarded for Outstanding Achievement in Supporting Sexual Assault Survivors Award.

The Award Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, April 13th. Lynette Volkers, MSN, RN, Forensic Nurse Examiner at Marshfield Medical Center Weston Hospital has been a nurse for over 20 years with experience in long term care, emergency nursing, neonatal intensive care nursing, education, and risk management. She is a dedicated Forensic Nurse Examiner in the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program and serves on the Marathon County Sexual Assault Intervention Team, the Marathon County Sexual Assault Response Team and the Child Advocacy Center Multi-disciplinary Team.

Megan Lee, Staff Attorney at Wisconsin Juidcare has been an attorney at Judicare since 2019. In her role Megan advocates for victims and survivors of sexual assault in family law and victims’ rights cases. Megan also conducts outreach at The Women’s Community. Megan sits on the Marathon County Sexual Assault Intervention Team and the Marathon County Domestic Violence Team. 

Natalie Zibolski, Assistant District Attorney of the Marathon County District Attorney’s Office is part of the Special Victims Unit Team. Her caseload focuses on prosecution of sexual assault and domestic violence cases. Prior to joining the DA’s Office in 2018, Natalie was a Victim Services Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Justice. She sits on the Marathon County Domestic Abuse Intervention Team, the Marathon County Sexual Assault Intervention Team, Marathon County Sexual Assault Response Team, and Child Advocacy Center Multi- Disciplinary Team.
