Man Suspected of Trempealeau County Burglaries Appears in Court

A man believed to be involved in multiple burglaries in Trempealeau County appeared in court.
According to the Augusta Police Department, they noticed a vehicle they had received information on from the Osseo Police Department sitting in the parking lot of the Express Mart.
The officer made contact with the driver, Kyle Morgan. Morgan is a suspect in the burglaries so he was arrested. A K9 search of his vehicle was also conducted and police found drug paraphernalia and open cans of alcohol.
During his preliminary hearing, probable cause was found, so his court proceedings will continue. During his arraignment, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on April 5th.
