Lawyer For Head of Wisconsin Election's Probe Says Decertifying 2020 Election Not Possible

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) The lawyer for the head of the Republican Elections probe is now saying that decertifying the 2020 presidential election is impossible.

Attorney James Bopp spoke in front of the Assembly Elections Committee on Thursday. "The only way to remove President Biden is by his death, resignation, impeachment or disability under the 25th amendment." This comes just weeks after his client, Mike Gableman, told the same committee that the Legislature should look seriously into decertification.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has reportedly been looking into rescinding Gableman's subpoenas against elections officials, which could mean an end to that investigation.
