Wisconsin Nonprofits Receive Massive Gifts From MacKenzie Scott

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) Another massive gift for Wisconsin non-profits thanks to billionaire philanthropist MacKenzie Scott.

Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin is receiving 17 million dollars from Scott, who is the ex-wife of Jeff Bezos and is part of a larger donation to the nationwide organization.

This comes on the heels of a major donation to Habitat for Humanity, where the Milwaukee chapter of the group that provides housing to low-income families will get 5 point 7 million dollars.

Scott is in the process of handing out major donations to non-profits as part of a larger plan to divest herself of billions of dollars she got in her divorce with Bezos.
