Wisconsin's 2020 False Electors Will Not be Sanctioned

(Bob Hague, WRN) Wisconsin’s false electors in 2020 will not be sanctioned.

The state Elections Commission unanimously decided not to take action against 10 Republicans, including WEC Commissioners Bob Spindell, for claiming to be members of the Electoral College in 2020.

The Wisconsin group were among Republicans from several states who sent bogus paperwork to the National Archives, despite Donald Trump’s election loss in their states.

Jeff Mandell, a Madison attorney who filed a complaint in the matter, told the Journal Sentinel that Spindell’s participation in the decision was inappropriate.
