Dane County Judge Release Documents From Republican-Led Election Probe

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) A Dane County Judge is releasing hundreds of pages of records from the Republican-led elections probe to a watchdog group.
A Dane County Judge has rejected an attempt by the office of Mike Gableman to prevent the release of records requested by a watchdog group. Judge Frank Remington laid it out plainly to Attorney James Bopp. "I cannot find a single document in this record that if released would undermine Mr. Gableman's investigation."
Judge Remington ruled on Tuesday that there is no reason that Mike Gableman can keep those documents secret. "I read them forward and backward, up, down, and back and forth. And based on my knowledge, training and experience, there's nothing here."
Judge Remington says Mike Gableman's office hasn't made any convincing arguments to withhold the documents. "This has been much to do about nothing, that these documents do not support the argument that there has been an investigation, much less the conclusions that have been made by the Office of Special Counsel."
Remington had already ruled in favor of American Oversight. The over 750 pages of files include direct communications between My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell and Gableman, and a handwritten message to withhold information from Journal Sentinel reporter Patrick Marley.
