Greenwood Man Enters Plea for Child Enticement in Eau Claire County Court

-A Greenwood man facing child sex charges in Eau Claire County entered a plea in court.

According to court records, Ricky Doede was talking to an undercover cop who was posing as a 14-year-old girl.  When officials stopped Doede he admitted that he was traveling to meet the girl and he knew she was underage.

A plea deal was reached and Doede was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, child enticement. Two other charges were dismissed and read in. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered and he’ll be sentenced at a later date.
