Wisconsin Rapids Counselor Accused of Sexual Assault of a Student

A Wisconsin Rapids school counselor has been accused of sexually assaulting a student.

According to the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department, the school district was alerted to a possible relationship between a staff member and a student earlier this year. Text messages and other details were provided by the victim.

The counselor, Christopher Bondioli, was put on leave on January 25th. His resignation was accepted February 14th. Bondioli was arrested yesterday and is facing charges of sexual assault of a child.
