Wisconsin Supermarket Chain Pulling Russian Vodka From the Shelves

(Terry Bell, WRN) A popular Wisconsin supermarket chain is pulling Russian vodka from its shelves.

Woodman’s says it’s discontinuing the sale of Russian vodka. Many other stores and taverns are dropping their Russian products to protest the invasion of Ukraine. Apparently, gestures like this are largely symbolic.

Many Russian brands of vodka are only Russian in name, and are actually made in other countries.
