Waukesha Charity Leaders Will Soon Disperse Money Raised for Christmas Parade Victims

(Terry Bell, WRN) Waukesha charity leaders will soon disperse money raised to help victims of last year’s Christmas parade attack.
Five-and-a-half million dollars. That’s how much money has been donated to the United for Waukesha Community Fund. Monday was the deadline to apply for a share of the money, but fund officials say more requests are still trickling in.
A non-profit watchdog group recently raised concerns over how much of the money is going to victims. Officials with the community fund plan to meet soon and start issuing checks.
