Tomah School Board Approves New Middle School Principal

At their February 21st regular meeting, the Tomah Area School District Board of Education unanimously approved Mrs. Amy Langner as the 2022-2023 Tomah Middle School Principal.
Mrs. Langner served as the Tomah Middle School Assistant Principal the past four years. Mrs. Langner will officially begin her duties as middle school principal on July 1st, 2022.
Mrs. Langer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from UW- Green Bay and 15 years teaching experience in middle level education in the Social Studies and Science fields.
She was a teacher at Brookwood Jr/Sr High for all those years. She has a Masters Degree from St. Mary’s University, Administrative License from WISC- AD, and 4 years Assistant Principal at TMS. Her total years in education is 19.
The Tomah District Superintendent said, “We’re excited to have Mrs. Langner bring her strong leadership skills, gifts, and talents to the middle school principal position at TMS. Her deep knowledge base and experience in the middle school concept along with her commitment to servant leadership will create powerful pathways of success for Tomah Middle School students, faculty, and families.
