(Terry Bell, WRN) Proposed legislation would make it a crime in Wisconsin, to send anyone an unsolicited naked picture.

State Senator Melissa Agard’s bill would create fines for unsolicited nudes ranging from 250 to 500 dollars. She also wants people to be able to sue their virtual sexual harassers in civil court.

Agard says consent matters; and that there’s no consent in getting an unsolicited nude photo.
