Owen Man Charged With Sexual Assault of a Child

An Owen man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child.

According to court records, back in 2019, a girl stated that Jerry Graham had assaulted her at a sleepover with Graham’s daughter. Graham told her not to tell anyone.

The investigation into the incident was started again after the victim’s father asked about the status of the case. Graham is scheduled to appear in court next month.
