Elections Subpoena Against Milwaukee Area Immigration Rights Group Dropped

(Raymond Neuper, WRN) The Republican-led elections probe has dropped a subpoena against a Milwaukee area immigration rights group.

Voces de la Frontera Action filed a lawsuit against that Subpeona earlier this year after Mike Gableman wanted to get copies of their emails and communications related to the 2020 Presidential election.

In a filing on Wednesday, attorneys for the probe called the subpoena "moot" and said they would no longer seek those records. V D L F director Christine Neumann-Ortiz calls the move an "unconditional surrender" by Republicans.
