Deadly Weekend on Wisconsin's Snowmobile Trails

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) It was a deadly weekend on Wisconsin's snowmobile trails.

The Department of Natural Resources says three people died in snowmobile crashes this weekend. Two people were ejected from their snowmobiles, and a third tipped over on it's driver.

While those crashes remain under investigation, wardens say that excessive speed and operator error are constant contributing factors. They remind everyone to obey speed limits, wear their helmets and get safety training.
