Clark County Sheriff's Department Welcomes New Deputy

The Clark County Sheriff's Department would like to welcome Deputy Brandon Baxter.

Deputy Baxter has worked for the Sheriff's Office since 2015 as a reserve patrol deputy, but has recently been hired in a full-time capacity. Deputy Baxter decided to apply for the position because he grew up in Clark County, so from the beginning of his law enforcement career, it was his goal to work there. He has also been a reserve deputy for the Clark County Sheriff's Office since 2015. He grew up in the Colby and Granton areas.

His interests and hobbies include shooting sports, reloading ammunition, playing video games with friends, leather craft, and making things. He worked as a full time patrol officer for the Thorp Police Department for 5 years. He plans to work hard and improve his ability and skills. He, eventually, hopes to retire from the Department.
