Marshfield School District Moving to "Mask Optional" Model Starting Monday

The Marshfield School District is moving to a “mask optional” model beginning on Monday.

The decision was made during the Marshfield School Board meeting Wednesday evening and goes into effect on Monday, February 14th. Masks are still required on school buses and other forms of school-related transportation as that is a federal requirement.

The District did note that other COVID-mitigation efforts are in effect including visitor restrictions, modified pick-up and drop-off protocols, and school meal arrangements. The District also said they’ll be adjusting quarantine procedures.
