Wisconsin Commodity Prices for December

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) The average price received by farmers for corn during the month of December in Wisconsin was $5.33 per bushel.
According to the Wisconsin Ag Connection, that's according to the latest USDA Agricultural Prices report, which stated that was a 27-cent hike over November and $1.53 more than December 2020.
Soybean prices were up 30-cents in November at $12.40 per bushel. That was also $1.30 higher than the December 2020 price. The price of oats averaged $5.15 per bushel, 90-cents above November and $2.37 more than December 2020.
And the all hay prices in Wisconsin averaged $164.00 per ton in December. This was four-cents lower than November and two-cents below the same time in 2020.
The December alfalfa hay price, at $171.00, was down 10-cents for the month and seven-cents lower for the year. The average price received for other hay was $136.00 per ton, a 17-cent increase from November and 12-cents over the previous December.
