Last of Waukesha Christmas Parade Victims Leave the Hospital

(Terry Bell, WRN) The last of the victims of the Waukesha Christmas parade attack is out of the hospital.

18 kids were rushed to Children’s Wisconsin Hospital the night of the attack in November. One of them, eight-year-old Jackson Sparks, died. The last of the patients was sent home New Year’s Day.

Doctors say many of the injured children face long roads to recovery. In all, six people died and another 60-or-so were injured. The man accused of driving an S-U-V into the parade crowd is set to stand trial on several counts of murder.
