Citizens Sate Bank of Loyal Supports 2022 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days in Clark County

Volunteers in Clark County are getting things ready to host Wisconsin Farm Technology Days in July.
The three-day event is expected to draw 40,000 to 50,000 visitors to Roehl Acres and Rustic Occasions just south of Loyal. Not only does it take the dedication of a lot of volunteers, the show also needs the financial support of generous sponsors.
Citizens State Bank of Loyal was quick to sign-on as a “Gold Level” ($25,000 -$49,999) sponsor. Bank President and CEO Travis Holt says Citizens has “always been an ag bank” since it was established in 1909, so supporting the show “is a natural” for the bank.
Farming continues to evolve in Wisconsin, Holt says in his 20 years at the bank there has been a notable change in the size of equipment and the resulting increased speed of planting and harvest.
He thinks Wisconsin Farm Technology Days gives farmers a chance to see the latest equipment; “I think it’s a tremendous opportunity for us to get out there and, in a very short time, meet a lot of people.”
Bob Meyer, with the Clark County Farm Technology Days Communications Committee, spoke with Travis about the bank and Farm Technology Days.
