Unclear if Wisconsin Lawmakers Will Make Changes to State Elections

(Terry Bell, WRN) It’s not clear what, if anything, Wisconsin lawmakers will do with a pair of Republican initiatives addressing the state’s elections.
State Representative Tim Ramthun has written a bill to disband the Wisconsin Elections Commission, but it’s not yet scheduled for a hearing. There’s also no word if lawmakers will act on State Senator Steve Nass’ request to force the Elections Commission to adopt new rules on absentee ballots and ballot drop boxes.
Nass wants a special session in January to adopt those rules.
