Wausau Man Appears in Marathon County Court for Arson Charges

A Wausau man facing arson charges appeared in Marathon County Court.
According to the authorities, 28-year-old Alexander Krohn is facing two counts of arson of a building without the owner’s consent, three counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Krohn allegedly tried to burn down two homes on December 18th.
During his preliminary hearing, probable cause was found, so his court proceedings will continue. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. A $30,000 cash bond is set against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on February 7th.
