Marshfield Medical Center Introduces New Certified Nurse Midwife

Marshfield Medical Center would like to introduce Rayna Lenzner, their newest certified nurse midwife at Marshfield Medical Center-Neillsville.

Coming from a large family, Rayna knew she wanted to be a nurse in labor and delivery to care for mothers and infants. In her experience as a nurse, she was drawn to midwifery because of the support that is provided to women during their pregnancy journey.

“Empowering women is very important to me," she said. “I have the opportunity to encourage women to give birth when sometimes, they don't think they can. My patients can then step away from that experience feeling strong and supported. That is what I love."
