Colby Student to Be Recognized at the Annual Junior Holstein Convention

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) Another group of Wisconsin Junior Holstein Association members have been chosen as recipients of Distinguished Junior Member awards.

According to the Wisconsin Ag Connection, this year, nine students will be recognized during the group's state convention in Appleton on December 28-30. The DJM award is the highest honor available to junior Holstein members.

Earlier this month, the organization announced the recipients of the Younger Member and Distinguished Junior Member awards. One local Younger Member honoree includes Ella Raatz of Colby.

Hosted by the Waupaca-Waushara Junior Holstein Association, this year's convention will take place at the Red Lion Hotel in Appleton.
