Clark County Man Sentenced for Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child

A Clark County man was sentenced for repeated sexual assault of a child.

According to court records, back in October of 2019, the mother of a 12-year-old child spoke with the Clark County Sheriff’s Department about Brandon Sanders.  She stated that Sanders assaulted the child multiple times around the spring and summer of 2019. Back in September, Sanders was found guilty of repeated sexual assault of the same child.

He was sentenced to 15 years of probation with a condition of 6 months jail time. He was also given an imposed and stayed sentence of 3 years in prison and an imposed and stayed sentence of 7 years of probation. He will serve those times if he fails any conditions of his probation.
