(WRN, Bob Hague) At the Capitol, Democrats propose penalties for sending lewd photos.
A bill from state Senator Melissa Agard of Madison and Representative Lee Snodgrass of Appleton would penalize the senders of such unsolicited photos. The lawmakers say graphic sexual images sent electronically can be “extremely violating” for recipients.
They are also are proposing a second bill which would create a civil course of action against anyone who removes a sexual protection device like a condom without the knowledge of their sexual partner.
