Curtiss Man Charged With Possession and 10th OWI

A Curtiss man has been charged with possession and 10th OWI.
According to court records, on December 2nd, around 2:30am, authorities received a report of a truck in the ditch in the Town of Hoard at the intersection of Center Road and Romadka Avenue.
When authorities arrived, the truck had struck a large street sign and was sitting in the ditch, running, with the lights still on. Authorities found 54-year-old Terry Dumler passed out in the truck.
Dumler was on probation, had a revoked driver’s license, an .02 restriction, an ignition interlock device requirement, and eight prior Operating While under the Influence convictions.
A search of the vehicle found drugs and other paraphernalia. Authorities took him to the Clark County Jail and he’s scheduled for a court hearing December 21st.
