Flags at Half-Staff Today for Youngest Victim of Waukesha Christmas Parade Tragedy

(Bob Hague, WRN) Flags will fly at half-staff today in honor of the youngest victim of the Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy.
Eight-year-old Jackson Sparks was among six victims who died as a result of Darrell Brooks driving into the parade route on November 21st. Dozens more were injured. Jackson's death was announced during Brooks' initial court appearance.
Visitation services for Jackson Sparks are to be held at Brooklife Church in Mukwonago, starting at 4 p.m. Children attending the service are encouraged to wear baseball jerseys.
