Another Ag Cooperative Merging With Marshfield-Based ProVision Partners Cooperative

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) Another agricultural cooperative will be merging with the Marshfield-based ProVision Partners Cooperative after the first of January.

According to the Wisconsin Ag Connection, members of Scenic Valley Cooperative have unanimously voted to merge into the ProVision family effective January 1, 2022.

Based in Seymour, Scenic Valley is $15 million company that consists of a feed mill, grain facility, and the Infinity Feeds General Store. They also sell bulk fuel and seed.

The deal also includes Scenic Valley's Cenex C-store in Black Creek, and country stores in Luxemburg and Manitowoc.
