Charges Dismissed Against Man Arrested After Traffic Stop in Augusta

One of two men arrested after a traffic stop in Augusta appeared in Eau Claire County Court on Thursday.

According to the Augusta Police Department, they pulled over Nathan Moyer and Dylan Haubrich after noticing suspicious behavior from the two men.  The department’s K9 Unit indicated there were drugs in the vehicle.

A search turned up meth and large amounts of drug paraphernalia. Moyer was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, OWI first offense. He was sentenced to pay a fine of over $800 and a 6 month driver’s license revocation.
