One of Three People Arrested for Drug Charges after a Traffic Stop in March

One of three people arrested for drug charges after a traffic stop in March was sentenced in Trempealeau County Court.
According to the Osseo Police Department, back in March, they stopped a car heading westbound on I-94 for a traffic violation. One of the passengers admitted to having marijuana. After a search of the vehicle, 57 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and a stolen loaded firearm were discovered. The three people arrested included Christian Berry of Big Lake, MN, and his two passengers Bobbie Patton of Blaire, MN and 28-year-old Michael Sanchez.
During his court appearance, Berry was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, receiving stolen ID and misappropriate ID. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 4 years of probation with a condition of 12 months jail time.
