Black River Falls School District Names Impact Spotlight for the Week

The Black River Falls School District named their impact spotlight for the week.

This week's spotlight is for Mrs. Halverson and Mr. Markhardt. Each received a $250 donation for each of their departments from the Jackson County Dairy Promotion Committee. In doing so, they will be contributing to the purchase of dairy products in each teacher's class.

Giving thanks to the committee Halverson said, "Your donation for dairy products allows for more dairy labs. Some of the labs I use the money for are cheese tasting and cheese cookery such as: Custard Pie, Homemade Pudding, Cream Puffs, and Homemade Macaroni and Cheese, in making a roux."
