Taylor County Authorities Still Investigating Fatal Hit and Run

The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the fatal hit and run accident that killed 27-year-old Titus Kottke of Athens.

Kottke was found deceased on Elm Ave near Hamm Dr in the Town Of Holway in the early morning hours of October 31st. Taylor County Sheriff’s Office recently searched the area for evidence that may be related to the fatality.
