Most of Wisconsin Abnormally Dry

(Terry Bell, WRN) Most of Wisconsin is simply abnormally dry.

The latest National Weather Service drought update says there are some spots dealing with a moderate drought, but most of Wisconsin is just dry. Forecasters say conditions won’t get better anytime soon.

They’re expecting below-normal temperatures and below-normal rainfall over the next few weeks.
