Jury Finds Former Colby Woman Guilty of Murdering Her Husband

A former Colby woman was found guilty, by a jury, of murdering her husband.
Cindy Schulz-Juedes was charged with murdering husband Ken Juedes back in December of 2019. Ken was found dead back in August of 2006 from two shotgun wounds.
He was found by Cindy and she had long been a person of interest. New details regarding the case is what finally brought the charges forward in 2019. The jury was released Tuesday afternoon to begin deliberations.
They found Schulz-Juedes guilty of 1st-degree intentional homicide and obstructing officers. A sentencing date hasn’t been set at this time. Her trial was initially scheduled out until November.
