Colby Man Appears in Clark County Court for Domestic Abuse

A Colby man arrested for domestic abuse appeared in Clark County Court.
The man was wanted by the Neillsville Police Department and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. On July 22nd, at approximately 7:34 pm, and on July 29th, at approximately 4:56 pm, the City of Neillsville Police Department along with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 1100 block of Grand Avenue.
When officers attempted to question Jonathan Aguayo-Montlbo, he fled from the scene each time. Montlbo was eventually arrested and is facing charges of two counts of intimidating a victim, stalking, false imprisonment, battery, two counts of obstructing an officer, and two counts of disorderly conduct.
During his arraignment he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.
